Licence checks for regulated work
Electrical, plumbing, gas and other regulated trades require a licence in Australia. Providers must submit licence details, and regulated jobs are only routed to providers whose relevant licence has been verified for their state. Where we cannot verify a requirement for an area, we do not activate the service there.
Two-way ratings
Customers rate providers on quality, punctuality, communication and price transparency. Providers rate customers on access, accuracy and conduct. Written reviews are held until both sides submit (or the window closes) so no one can retaliate against honest feedback.
Evidence on every job
Before-and-after photos, an itemised quote, approved scope changes and a timestamped event trail. When something is disputed, there is a shared record instead of competing memories.
Disputes, rework and rematch
If a job goes wrong, structured processes exist for reporting the issue, requesting rework, or getting matched with a replacement provider — with a human reviewing high-risk cases.
Your data
We collect what is needed to deliver the job and no more. Your exact address is shared with a provider only after a job is accepted. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
